I really really love BUMP OF CHICKEN's hidden tracks, they're so fun and creative! Personally, if BUMP released albums full of these, I would totally buy them as quickly as I would one of their main albums. Enjoy!! :D
Also, the songs are in no particular order.

JUST AUDIO FROM DATENSHI KURIKO
A huge thank you to Datenshi Kuriko for these audio files!! You can listen to them at the links below!
Unfortunately I don't have lyrics or translations for these songs. I can try to transcribe them myself if anyone is interested! Or if anyone has a copy of the Japanese lyrics or wants to transcribe them, please contact me. ^_^
Hidden track from Snow Smile:
Tinpost* Uncle On: http://gimmeseasalticecream-07.tumblr.com/post/53813944179
グロリアス (Glorious) ---------- This song is all in English and is the precursor to Glorious Revolution. Thanks to Datenshi Kuriko, we have a link to the audio (where it's not called Glorious, but Glorious Revolution English version.) Thanks!! A comment on the video says this recording is from Chiba LIVE in 1998. Here's the audio: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2z6_ufR_6ng.
JUST AUDIO FOR SONGS I FOUND ONLINE
18 Years Story ------------ All I can find about this song is the audio, but I can't make out the lyrics: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ubbq4jjcbzA
デザートカントリー (Desert Country) ----------- This song is entirely in English and is possibly a cover. I can't find the lyrics but you can listen to it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZCTdBwSuOg
Cosmos ----------- BUMP covered this song, by the Japanese indie band Spypas (スパイパス) in return for Spypas covering BUMP's song R.A. (アルエ.) You can listen to the audio here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0WqbVgbwZbA.
Twist and Shout ---------- This song has been covered by many artists, including The Beatles, and now BUMP OF CHICKEN as well. You can listen to it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6Lz7qq0TI8
MYSTERY SONGS
Moon ---------- no information
グリーンロード (Green Road) ---------- no information
あの日の唄 (Around that Day) ---------- no information
リボルバー (Revolver) ---------- According to user Datenshi Kuriko (thanks!!) who gives me a lot of great information, this song was mistakenly associated with BUMP and they didn't actually sing it! Many places on the Internet say that it was, but it's most commonly believed that when the song first got uploaded online someone mislabeled it as a BUMP song. Oops! It's actually a song by Kururi. Other people think the mistaken association came about because Fujiwara's name is on the special thanks card in the CD. Or even possibly because Kururi and BUMP covered each other's songs songs at a live show and the audio got uploaded, making people think it was BUMP's original song. It's not clear what the answer is. These theories are discussed on a Japanese forum here: http://detail.chiebukuro.yahoo.co.jp/qa/question_detail/q145616009.
モーニングロウ (Mornin' Glow(?)) ---------- no information. I think this may have been a precursor so Morning Glow on the Ray album
Thanks to Datenshi Kuriko and to all of these sources where I got the information used above:
