Gungnir
He's awful
Always suspiciously going around
Withat that cheap treasure map of his
But people say
That the map itself is a treasure
"He's amazing
I wonder where the trasure is?"
He, the believer
Eventually set out on a journey
To determine the authenticity of the map
Everyone unamimously began to criticize him
They said, "He's blinded by
That fake map of his"
People judge each other
Simply
But not even God
Has the right
To laugh at this guy
The result is that
They say he's awful
Laboriously, honestly
He sails his own ship of self-sufficiency
According to him
We should praise the old weapons
He packed his bags and said goodbye
And raised his sails on the morning sea
He held his fist up high
His war cry echoed out
He's awful
Always suspiciously going around
Withat that cheap treasure map of his
But they all say
That the map itself is a treasure
The tales he told were so great
They made you doubt your ears
But the believers said that
He set out to make his own story
From afar, everyone
Cursed his ship
"May high waves take you!
Become a devil!"
With simple resolution
They blocked his way
Thus his dream ended
This was the only time he lowered his fist
On the verge of death, the knight
Raised Gungnir in his hand
To stab through
His ambitions
When everyone saw what was in his hand
They began to shake
He faced the ship
Floating on the golden sea
He broke and threw away the spear
He set out to gather up
The scattered scraps of the map
People judge themselves
Simply
But not even God
Has the right to laugh at you
I'd never laugh at you
Now the ship is carried by the wind
Even God
Wishes that he could save it

OPINION
This story is sort of like the reverse of "The Boy Who Cried Wolf." This time it's the other people who doubt the protagonist while he is actually being honest. According to the Internet, Gungnir is the spear of the god Odin…. Odin is probably the god repeatedly referred to in the song, and Gungnir is one of the "old weapons." I imagine that this story takes place in an ancient Norse village by the sea, and that the teller of this song was a child who loved to hear the hero's tales.
