OPINION
This song reminds me a lot of Present. In both songs, one person is drawn to another who is crying and cheers them up. The characters that do the cheering almost seem like spirits. I'd be alarmed if someone broke my window with an iron pipe, but in a world where you can cry enough tears to flood a room it's probably not a big deal!
