OPINION
This song was used as the opening theme for the Japanese version of the game "Tales of the Abyss." It was the first BUMP OF CHICKEN song I ever heard, and I instantly became a fan!! I think I lot of other people are the same way. This is definitely one of their best known songs. Unfortunately, the English version of the game uses an orchestral version of the song (the words were removed) so as not to confuse an English-speaking audience... I guess? But it's really too bad because I think the emotions of the song come through no matter what language you speak. Fujiwara also composed some other songs for the game soundtrack and later released a CD of them all. Furthermore BUMP did a beautiful music video for Karma that really captures the feeling of the song. Links below!
