OPINION

This is one of BUMP's earlier songs. It's a very nice song, but it's actually... Fanfiction!!! Haha, that's right. "R.A." is the character Rei Ayanami from the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion. This anime was super popular when the band members were kids and Fujiwara really liked Rei, so he dedicated this song to her. Several (and maybe all) of the members are confirmed anime lovers. It's also probably helpful to know that the "cosmos" mentioned in the song is a kind of flower, not the cosmos as in outer space or the universe.
